Processing Time

All orders require a 3-5 business day processing period before they are shipped. Items that are ready-to-ship/on-hand including our lace essentials collection, require a 1-3 business day processing period.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Despite our best efforts, there may be instances when unforeseen circumstances arise within the shipping couriers operations. Please note that shipping times may vary depending on carrier delays, weather conditions, or high-volume periods, but we always work to ensure your order arrives as quickly as possible.

For international shipments, customs clearance and import processes play a significant role. The duration of customs inspections, document verification, and compliance checks can vary and occasionally cause delays in the delivery of your package.

Order Pickup & Delivery

Only our ready-to-ship/on-hand hair and product collection is eligible for local pickup, local delivery, Uber delivery, and same-day/next-day shipping.

Preorder items are available for local pickup, local delivery, and same-day/next-day shipping only after the standard 3–5 business day processing period has been completed.

For customers located near Queens, NYC, you may select local pickup or local delivery at checkout instead of shipping. Please note that choosing these options does not shorten or change our standard processing or fulfillment timelines. All orders will be prepared according to the processing times stated above.

Pickup Policy:
• A matching government-issued ID and order confirmation email are required for pickup.
• Local pickups are available during regular business hours only.
• You will receive a notification with pickup instructions once your order is ready for collection.

Order Confirmation

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email including your tracking information. Please allow the carrier up to 24 hours to update tracking details.

Incorrect Addresses

Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for delayed or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Once an order is submitted, changes or cancellations cannot be made (including item changes, shipping address changes, etc).

Lost/Stolen Packages

While we take every measure to ensure safe and reliable delivery, occasional circumstances beyond our control may result in packages being lost or stolen. Please review the following information regarding lost or stolen shipments:

  • Lost or Stolen Packages: Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery lies with the courier. Perfect Tresses Co. is not liable for packages that are lost or stolen while in transit.
  • Courier Assistance: If your package is missing or marked as delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance. The courier is best equipped to investigate and resolve delivery-related issues.
  • Tracking & Shipping Insurance: Tracking details are provided in your shipping confirmation email so you can follow your package's progress. We strongly recommend monitoring your tracking information and purchasing shipping insurance, when available, for added protection.

We understand how frustrating missing packages can be and will gladly assist by providing any necessary order details. However, all investigations and resolutions must be handled by the shipping carrier.

Address Verification

To protect against fraud and ensure secure transactions, the billing address and shipping address must match for all orders.

Orders placed with non-matching billing and shipping addresses will not be processed. If an order does not meet this requirement, it will be automatically canceled and fully refunded to the original payment method.

Please double-check your information at checkout to avoid delays or cancellations. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order that does not comply with this policy.

Due to the hygienic nature of hair products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, cancellations, or exchanges once an order has been placed and processed. Each unit is thoroughly inspected prior to shipment to ensure quality and accuracy.

Order Accuracy & Damage (Our Error Only)

We will offer a replacement only if an error occurred on our behalf, such as:

  • You received the wrong item
  • Your item arrived damaged

To report an eligible issue, you must notify us within 24 hours of confirmed delivery.

We do not offer returns or refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect selection of length, texture, lace, or density
  • Dissatisfaction based on personal preference
  • Styling or maintenance outcomes
  • Requests submitted after the 24-hour reporting window
  • Worn, altered, opened, used, washed, or tampered items

PERFECTTRESSESCO is not responsible for damage due to improper handling or maintenance.

Order Concerns

If you experience any problems with your order, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package. All concerns must be submitted via email at support@perfecttressesco.com. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or videos if applicable.

Product Eligibility

To be considered for an exchange or resolution:

  • The hair must be completely untouched.
  • The hair must be in its original packaging, including tags, labels, and any protective seals.
  • The product must not be worn, installed, brushed out, dyed, washed, used, or altered in any way.

If the product shows any signs of use or manipulation, we cannot process an exchange or provide assistance.

Process

Once we receive your email, our team will review your concern and respond with next steps. If the item is eligible, we will provide instructions for returning the product for inspection before any resolution is offered.

Shipping & Delivery Responsibility

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Perfect Tresses Co is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If shipping insurance is selected at checkout, claims must be filed through the insurance provider. If insurance is not selected, the customer assumes responsibility once the item has been shipped and marked delivered.
