Products & Orders
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse orders at our discretion.

Once an order is submitted, changes or cancellations cannot be made, including item changes or shipping address changes.
Payment & Pricing
All prices are listed in USD. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods shown at checkout. By submitting an order, you authorize us to charge the full amount to your selected payment method.
To protect against fraud, your billing address and shipping address must match. Orders with non-matching addresses will be automatically canceled and fully refunded to the original payment method.
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping and processing timelines are outlined in our Shipping Policy. By placing an order, you agree to all terms in that policy.
Perfect Tresses Co. is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, customs clearance, or other circumstances outside our control. Once an order leaves our possession, responsibility for delivery transfers to the shipping carrier.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on hair products for hygiene and safety reasons.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@perfecttressesco.com with photos and your order number. We will review each case individually and work to resolve it promptly.
