At Perfect Tresses Co, we are committed to delivering luxury extensions and products with consistent quality and careful inspection. Please review the policy below before placing your order.
All Sales Are Final.
Due to the hygienic nature of hair products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, cancellations, or exchanges once an order has been placed and processed. Each unit is thoroughly inspected prior to shipment to ensure quality and accuracy.
Order Accuracy & Damage (Our Error Only)
We will offer a replacement only if an error occurred on our behalf, such as:
You received the wrong item
Your item arrived damaged
To report an eligible issue, you must notify us within 24 hours of confirmed delivery.
We do not offer returns or refunds for:
Change of mind
Incorrect selection of length, texture, lace, or density
Dissatisfaction based on personal preference
Styling or maintenance outcomes
Requests submitted after the 24-hour reporting window
Worn, altered, washed, or tampered items
PERFECTTRESSESCO is not responsible for damage due to improper handling or maintenance.
Order Concerns
If you experience any problems with your order, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package. All concerns must be submitted via email at support@perfecttressesco.com. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or videos if applicable.
Product Eligibility
To be considered for an exchange or resolution:
The hair must be completely untouched.
The hair must be in its original packaging, including tags, labels, and any protective seals.
The product must not be worn, installed, brushed out, dyed, washed, used, or altered in any way.
If the product shows any signs of use or manipulation, we cannot process an exchange or provide assistance.
Process
Once we receive your email, our team will review your concern and respond with next steps. If the item is eligible, we will provide instructions for returning the product for inspection before any resolution is offered.
Shipping & Delivery Responsibility
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Perfect Tresses Co is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If shipping insurance is selected at checkout, claims must be filed through the insurance provider. If insurance is not selected, the customer assumes responsibility once the item has been shipped and marked delivered.
