Hair Quality & Recommendations
What's the quality of your hair like?
Our hair is 100% virgin human hair and can be professionally bleached up to color #27 while maintaining its quality and integrity when properly processed. With proper care and maintenance, our hair extensions are designed to last approximately 2–3 years. While all hair extensions may experience minimal shedding over time, our units are crafted to reduce tangling and shedding when properly maintained.
To preserve the quality and longevity of your extensions, we highly recommend using professional-grade hair care products. Using low-quality or harsh products may compromise the integrity of the hair.
All units feature ultra-thin HD lace, designed to provide a flawless, natural-looking finish when installed correctly. Transparent lace is available by special request only.
Our wigs are constructed with high-density hair to deliver a full, voluminous appearance.
What wig sizes are available?
All ready-to-ship and on-hand wigs are crafted in a standard medium size (22” head circumference) by default. Made-to-order and pre-order wigs are available in small, medium, and large sizes. Extra small (XS) and extra large (XL) sizes are available upon request and require an additional 2 business days for processing.
Small- 21 - 21.5"
Medium- 22 - 22.5"
Large- 23 - 23.5"
Please note that we are not responsible for wigs that do not fit due to incorrect sizing. We strongly recommend measuring your head accurately and selecting the appropriate wig size before placing your order.
What if I’m unsure which hair to purchase?
If you are unsure which hair option is best for you, please feel free to contact us before placing your order. We are happy to assist you in selecting the right texture, length, density, and lace option based on your desired look and styling preferences.
How many bundles do I need?
2 Bundles: If you're going for a shorter more natural everyday look between the lengths of 12-16".
3 Bundles: Recommended for a natural yet full look.
4 Bundles: Ideal for a fuller appearance and highly recommended for lengths over 26”.
5–6 Bundles: Best for an extra voluminous look and highly recommended for lengths over 36”.
Please note that bundle recommendations are intended as general guidelines and may vary depending on your desired level of fullness. Be sure to also consider any leave-out or whether a lace piece will be included in your installation. If you’re still unsure, we recommend consulting with your stylist or reaching out to us for personalized professional guidance.
What length should I order?
Consider the look you’re going for—whether you prefer a shorter, natural style or a longer, more dramatic look.
12-16: Short
18-24: Bra-strap to Mid-back
26-30: Waist to Butt length
30+ Super long
Please note that textured hair types such as wavy, curly, and kinky/coily textures naturally have shrinkage, which can make the hair appear shorter than its actual length. In the hair industry, all textured hair is measured in its stretched state to ensure accurate length measurements. Once fully stretched and defined, the hair will reflect its true length.
Your height can also affect how long the hair appears. The same length may look different from person to person.
Think about your desired fullness as well, since longer lengths can sometimes appear thinner toward the ends depending on the look you want.

Shipping & Processing
How long is shipping and processing?
All orders require a 3-5 business day processing period before they are shipped. Items that are ready-to-ship/on-hand require a 1-3 business day processing period.

What if I put the wrong shipping address?
Once your order has been placed, we're unable to make any changes including address changes. If your order is returned because of an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the reshipping fee to have it sent again.
Is local pickup available for orders?
Yes, local pickup, delivery and Uber delivery is available in Queens, New York. To schedule any one of these items please text us at 267-831-9669 after finalizing your payment to arrange a pickup date and time.
Limited local delivery may be available. Customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of Uber delivery or any third-party courier service.
Are we responsible for lost or stolen packages?
All shipments require an adult signature upon delivery to help ensure orders are delivered safely. Once a package has been shipped and marked as delivered by the shipping courier, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or incorrectly delivered packages, including orders submitted with incorrect or incomplete addresses. We recommend you to add route shipping insurance to your order before finalizing payment.

Order Issues
Can I make changes to my order once the order has been placed?
Unfortunately once an order has been placed, items cannot be changed or modified. We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible, and once processing has begun, we are unable to make any changes to an order.
Do you offer refunds, returns or exchanges?
Due to the hygienic nature of hair products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, cancellations, or exchanges once an order has been placed, processed and shipped. Each unit is thoroughly inspected prior to shipment to ensure quality and accuracy. However, if there is a confirmed issue with your order within 24 hrs of confirmed delivery, so we can review the matter.Please view our full return & exchange policy for more info.
