• PREP

    Prior to installation, wash extensions using sulfate-free and alcohol-free shampoo & conditioner to maintain quality. Wash extensions every 2-3 weeks to avoid product buildup. Wash in downward motions only — avoid scrubbing or bunching the lace/hair.

  • Cleaning

    Rinse immediately after exposure to chlorine or salt water. Deep condition after swimming to restore moisture. Remove adhesive properly using lace remover — never pull the lace off. Clean lace gently with adhesive remover and mild shampoo.

  • Heat

    Air drying is best after washing/wetting extensions for preserving quality and reducing dryness. apply a heat protectant before using any hot tools. Limit daily heat styling to extend the life of the extensions. Avoid using direct heat on product buildup.

  • NIGHT ROUTINE

    Use a silk or satin wrap to reduce friction and tangling. Tie hair up or braid down to keep hair from tangling at night. Always brush from the tips to the root to prevent shedding. Keep hair moisturized, Deep condition regularly, Trim split ends as needed.

  • CURLY/WAVY TEXTURES

    To detangle curly hair textures make sure it is wet by either water, conditioner or moisturizer. Combing curly hair while its dry will cause breakage and tangling. Use a wide tooth comb, denman brush, curl mousse and moisturizing leave-in conditioner to maintain curly hair.

  • CHEMICALS

    Avoid coloring/bleaching unless done by a professional. Avoid using heavy oils and grease, high alcohol-content products, overusing dry shampoo, and harsh clarifying shampoos too often as it will break down the quality.
